How to Make a High-Protein, Low-Calorie Coffee Smoothie
Just follow these 5 steps to make a healthy, high-protein, low-calorie, caffeine/coffee smoothie at home.
1. Add 5-10 ice-cubes to a blender
Always add ice-cubes first when making any smoothie at home.
2. Add 1 Banana
A banana adds creaminess and natural sugar for a tasty smoothie.
3. Add 1 Owyn Protein Shake (with 20 grams of protein!)
This is the magical ingredient. This protein shake has absolutely NO fake sugar and has 20 grams of protein.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of Nescafe Instant Coffee
