Eggs are high in protein and essential amino acids. Plus, they are cheap!
Have three eggs in the morning with coffee instead of cereal and you may lose belly fat.
Healthy Eating Tip: Don’t eat egg whites! Eat the whole egg, including the yolk. That’s where all the essential amino acids are! It tastes better too.

Instead, stick with Chobani yogurt. My favorite flavors are peach and blueberry, and they only have 110 calories!
