These are all healthy foods recommended by Chrissy from The Jeans Fit.
1. Frozen Entrees by Amy’s – One of the Best Meals from Whole Foods for Lunch
Whole Foods sells more variety of the Amy’s frozen entrees than Kroger, Publix, or Safeway.
I love the Amy’s Indian Vegetable Korma.
With only 310 calories and 7 grams of dietary fiber, it makes for a super healthy vegetarian meal! Plus, it is dairy free, lactose free, gluten free, vegan, kosher, and soy free.
Whole Foods also sells other healthy frozen meals by Amy’s. I’ve tried all of these and loved each of these health meals from Whole Foods.

2. Organic Spring Mix – One of the Best Things to Buy at Whole Foods
Iceberg lettuce doesn’t have much in the way of nutritional value and cabbage is surprisingly high in sugar.
The spring mix lettuce at Whole Foods is low in calories (100 for the entire container!) and super healthy with iron, vitamin A, calcium, and vitamin C. Plus, it’s the same price at Whole Foods as it is at Kroger!
The 50/50 Baby Spinach and Spring Mix is also good.

3. OWYN Plant-Based Protein Shakes – One of the Best Vegan Products at Whole Foods
I’ve been on the hunt for a protein shake that has no fake sugar yet tastes delicious and has fiber and protein. OWYN is the best!
You can buy OWYN protein shakes at Whole Foods. I add OWYN to the blender with ice, instant coffee, and a frozen banana to make a morning coffee smoothie. Get the recipe here.
4. Chobani Greek Yogurt – One of the Cheapest Items at Whole Foods
I often find Chobani yogurt on sale for less than $1 at Whole Foods.
I love Chobani yogurt because it is high in protein and only has 110-120 calories. A banana with yogurt makes for a healthy breakfast.
5. Vital Farms Pasture Raised Eggs – The Best Eggs to Buy at Whole Foods
Eggs are great for a healthy breakfast and are high in protein and great for weight loss.
I used to buy organic eggs…and then I tried the pasture-raised eggs. Game changer! Pasture-raised eggs taste WAY better than organic eggs. Plus, pasture-raised eggs are better for the chickens.
6. The Best Milk to Buy at Whole Foods – Organic, Grass Fed Milk
Normal milk often spoils quickly and tastes bland. Organic milk tastes better and lasts longer. You haven’t tried milk until you have tried organic, grass-fed milk. It is so delicious!
Whole Foods sells organic, grass fed milk by Organic Valley and Maple Hill.
7. Orgain Organic Protein Powder – Healthy Vegan and Protein Choice from Whole Foods
There are so many protein powders out there. It is overwhelming! The Ordain protein powder tastes delicious and is often on sale at Whole Foods.
Plus, you can use it to make a Kale My Crazy delicious smoothie.
8. Frozen Blueberries and Mangos – One of the Best Whole Foods Deals
Frozen blueberries and mangoes are great for healthy at-home smoothies, breakfast, or an after-dinner treat. The frozen fruit is reasonably priced at Whole Foods if you order the 365 brand.
9. Organic Fuji Apples – A Healthy Food Item to Buy at Whole Foods
I eat at least 3 apples a day. And it does truly help keep the doctor away! Whole Foods sells a wide variety of organic apples.
10. Vegan and Vegetarian Frozen Meals – One of the Best Things to Buy at Whole Foods
If you are a vegetarian seeking affordable, great-tasting, frozen meals, check out the frozen meals by Gardein at Whole Foods.
All the Gardein frozen meals are healthy and get raving reviews! Meals include chicken nuggets, teriyaki chicken strips, crispy chicken tenders, and meatless meatballs.
