You don’t need to do anything intense. Simply walking an extra 45 minutes a day will make a BIG difference. Start having walking dates with a friend.
You can count your steps with a free app on your iPhone, like Health. Or, buy a pedometer.
3. Lift weights.
Lift weights to tone your arms. I love 3-pound weights.

More muscle = more calories burned daily too.
4. Find a low-calorie breakfast you love.
I personally love having coffee each morning. I put a banana in the blender with an OWYN protein shake and ice-cubes and instant coffee for a low-calorie, delicious breakfast.
4. Have a salad and protein at lunch.
You need to cut calories…right? Stick to salads with lean proteins like salmon for lunch.
Add an apple, carrots, or an extra egg if you are still hungry.
5. Drink water.
Stay hydrated! Find a cute water bottle that you love.
6. Get your vitamins.
