Healthiest Foods at Dunkin’

I’ll admit it. I’m a fan of Dunkin’ Donuts! Dunkin’ makes fun Halloween-decorated donuts, Dunkin’ coffee tastes just as good as Starbucks coffee (depending on who you are talking to!), and the Munchkin donuts are so cute!

Dunkin’ also has surprisingly healthy foods on its menu too.

Below are the healthiest, low-calorie foods to get at Dunkin’ when you are on the go.

5 Healthiest (and Low Calorie) Foods to Get at Dunkin’

1. Egg & Cheese Sandwich – 460 Calories and #1 Pick for a Healthy Breakfast

The Egg & Cheese Sandwich is my go-to when I’m at the Providence airport before a flight (unless I go to Starbucks and get a veggie egg-white wrap!)

The Dunkin’ Egg & Cheese Sandwich is a solid choice for just under 500 calories, zero trans-fat, 5 grams of fiber, and 19 grams of protein. Plus, it tastes good too!

I buy the Egg & Cheese sandwich in the morning along with a medium latte with 1% milk at Dunkin’. It’s delicious!

2. Turkey Sausage, Egg, & Cheese – 470 Calories and a Tasty Breakfast Sandwich at Dunkin’

I get it. Sometimes you just want a good-old English muffin, a whole egg, turkey sausage, and cheese. If that’s the case, go for the Turkey Sausage, Egg, & Cheese sandwich at Dunkin’.

The Dunkin’ Egg & Cheese sandwich has 340 calories, 5 grams of fat, 4 grams of sugar, and 14 grams of protein.

3. Bacon, Egg, & Cheese – 520 Calories and A Relatively Healthy Lunch Choice

The Bacon, Egg, & Cheese is called a “breakfast sandwich,” but I prefer it for lunch. With 520 calories, it just seems more fitting for lunch.

The Bacon, Egg, & Cheese has 4 grams of fiber and zero trans-fat. Plus, it packs 23 grams of protein, which is almost 50% of your daily amount.

If I’m going to Dunkin’ in the afternoon, I sometimes pair the sandwich with a small, decaf ice coffee with just a splash of low-fat milk.

4. Dunkin’ Wake Up Wrap?– 180 Calories

The Wake-Up Wrap is relatively low in calories, but it’s not one of my top picks.

I’ve tried the egg and cheese wrap, and I honestly didn’t like it.

The Dunkin’ Wake Up Wrap only has 180 calories, but it is so small that it didn’t fill me up. Plus, the Wake Up Wrap is low in protein (only 7 grams) and it doesn’t have dietary fiber.

If you want a light snack, go with the Dunkin’ Wake Up Wrap.

5. Multigrain Bagel with Cream Cheese – 500 Calories

The multigrain bagel has 8 grams of fiber to keep you full plus 15 grams of protein.

You’ll also get iron (30% of your daily amount) in the Multigrain bagel. If you just have the bagel, you will get healthy food at Dunkin’ for only 380 calories.

The cream cheese adds 120 calories, but it will make the bagel taste a lot better.
