The Healthiest Food to Get at Starbucks for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

The Healthiest Breakfast Foods at Starbucks

My top two recommendations for a healthy breakfast food at Starbucks are the Spinach, Feta, and Egg Wrap and the Reduced-Fat Turkey Bacon & Egg White Sandwich.

Both options are high in protein and have under 300 calories.

I personally LOVE the Spinach, Feta, & Cage-Free Egg White Wrap the most. I ask for it extra crispy, and it’s delicious! Plus, it has 20 grams of protein and is under 300 calories.

The Egg Bites may seem healthy, but they are relatively high in saturated fat.

The classic oatmeal can be healthy, but it’s relatively low in protein. Plus, adding the brown sugar, dried fruit, and nut medley will increase the calories and your daily sugar intake!

The Healthiest Lunch Choice at Starbucks

Starbucks Chicken and Quinoa Bowl – an Excellent Lunch Choice!

For lunch at Starbucks, I usually get the Spinach Feta Wrap (referenced above) or the Chicken & Quinoa Protein Bowl with black beans and greens. I don’t use the vinaigrette (it has lots of fat and sugar!) and don’t eat the corn (it’s relatively high in sugar).

If I need a pick-me-up, I also get a decaf Americano with low-fat milk at lunch.

Healthy Starbucks Meals for Dinner

I need more than 400 calories for a filling dinner, so I often get multiple things at Starbucks if I’m travelling and need a healthy dinner option.

Here are combinations I buy at Starbucks for dinner.

Dinner option 1: Chicken & Quinoa Protein Bowl + Orange + Bag of Almonds

Dinner option 2: Spinach & Feta Wrap + Siggi’s Yogurt Cup + Apple

Dinner option 3: Country Archer Beef Jerky + KIND Bar + Carrot, Cheddar Cheese, and Almond Snack Tray
